1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services provided by SportsIQ LLC ("SportsIQ", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account is compromised, notify us immediately at hi@thesportsiq.com.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid plans automatically renew each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Prices and features may change with notice. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the services, including by attempting to interfere with normal operation, scraping or mass-harvesting data, reverse engineering, or using the services to violate laws, third-party rights, or platform terms (e.g., ESPN or Sleeper). We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., chat prompts). You grant SportsIQ a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display such content solely to operate and improve the services. Do not submit confidential or sensitive data you do not want processed.

6. Integrations and Third Parties

Our services may integrate with or reference third-party platforms (e.g., ESPN, Sleeper). Those platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. SportsIQ LLC is not affiliated with ESPN, Sleeper, the NFL, or their partners. All trademarks are property of their respective owners.

7. Intellectual Property

The services, including software, content, and branding, are owned by SportsIQ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the services.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee the accuracy of projections or recommendations.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPORTS IQ LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SportsIQ LLC and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (e.g., by posting a notice on our site). Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
